Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  • You must notify MAE BY TYLER within 5 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 5 days after such notification.
  • You must email MAE BY TYLER at maebytyler@gmail.com to obtain a "Return ID number".
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", in the form of an invoice.

Product must be returned to MAE BY TYLER head office. On International returns You must mark that the goods are returned on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

  • You must return the Product in its original condition.
  • You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
  • You are responsible for all costs of returning the product.
  • Once received MAE BY TYLER will refund purchase price minus any shipping costs.

Depending on which bank you is with please allow 14 business days for refund to be credited to your account. Also note the refund can only be placed back in the same account the product was originally purchased with.

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, MAE BY TYLER will gladly repair, exchange or honor with a voucher for the original piece in accordance with the following process:

  • That the Product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date.
  • You must notify MAE BY TYLER by email maebytyler@gmail.com to obtain a "Return ID number".
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", in the form of an invoice.
  • You must return the Product to MAE BY TYLER head office.

On International returns You must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again. MAE BY TYLER will then either repair, replace or honor you with a gift voucher to the same price of the original product purchased. If You chose to replace the product with a gift voucher it will be sent to You by email. If the product is repaired or replaced it will be resent to You within 10 days of MAE BY TYLER receiving the original product. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.

Warranties

All MAE BY TYLER products come with a 6 month warranty. You acknowledge that the Products require special maintenance as outlined in our CARE instructions (LOVE). MAE BY TYLER will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by You to maintain the Product properly. Please note that the colours of the Product may vary slightly from those displayed by Your computer monitor.

Please note that the Trade Practices Act 1974 and similar State and Territory legislation in Australia may confer rights and remedies on you which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified ("Non-excludable Rights"). Notwithstanding any other term in this Agreement, MAE BY TYLER does not exclude any Non-excludable Rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties, whether implied by custom, law or statute.

Returns By You For Faulty Or Damaged Product

You wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, MAE BY TYLER will gladly repair, replace or honor a voucher to the original amount of the purchased piece, in accordance with the following process:

  • That the Product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date.
  • You must notify MAE BY TYLER by email maebytyler@gmail.com to obtain a "Return ID number"
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", in the form on an invoice..
  • You must return the Product to MAE BY TYLER head office.
  • On International returns You must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
  • MAE BY TYLER will then send the repair, replacement or gift voucher within ten days of receiving the faulty product..
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available..
